Coronavirus Outbreak – May 2020 Update

As the government looks to start lifting restrictions and encourage work places to re-open where it is not possible to work from home we are updating the following policies on all services we provide.

Response to emergency callouts

During restrictions we continued to offer a full 24hr call handling and engineering service to respond to all emergency callouts as required.   We will be increasing capacity for emergency callouts as demand increases and our engineers will continue to be equipped with all relevant PPE and hygiene products to reduce any risk to our staff and customers.  If you require any telephone technical support or engineer assistance please continue to call our existing 24hr telephone number 0117 9748 999.

Routine maintenance visits

As from Tuesday May 26th we are resuming routine maintenance visits for any customers who wish to have them completed and where social distancing can be applied.  If you already have a service booked after this date this appointment will remain in our diaries unless you call to postpone.  If you are due, overdue or had a routine maintenance visit postponed we will be contacting you by e-mail in due course asking you to contact our office to schedule in your visit.  As with our callout engineers our maintenance engineers will be equipped with all relevant PPE and hygiene products to reduce any risk to our staff and customers.

New system installations or upgrades

As from Tuesday May 26th we will have installation engineers available to carryout installation or upgrade work  where social distancing is possible.  If you already have an ongoing installation or have accepted a quotation we will contact you in due course to schedule in the work.  If you have any requirements for new installation or upgrade work please contact our office between 9am & 4:30pm on 01179748999 for advice and to arrange a survey.
