Fire Reform Act 2005 – legal requirements
Having carried out a fire risk assessment, and ensured that your fire protection equipment is to a suitable standard, the Fire Reform Act 2005 stipulates that it must be maintained in that condition. This includes periodic maintenance checks (quarterly, bi-annually or once a year as appropriate).
Servicing and fault finding of existing alarms

In addition to a checklist/spec of your fire alarm system, emergency lights, fire extinguishers etc. we will issue a certificate for your records to prove that your system is being correctly maintained. Cannon Security will also supply a log book which is required to be kept by the fire alarm panel.
