Fire Reform Act 2005
The Fire Reform Act 2005, which came into force in October 2006, supersedes many of the old laws. As with new Health & Safety legislation the responsibility for buildings/maintenance is now a personal one with prosecutions having been carried out. Our Surveyors have studied this Act in order that they can help you or your company conform to these new regulations.

The starting point in all cases is to carry out a fire risk assessment. Cannon Security has significant amount of experience of fire regulations and standards and can carry out a comprehensive fire risk assessment of your property complete with a report of recommendations for compliance with new regulations. We will give guideline prices, if required, to bring your premises up to standard with no obligation for that work being carried out by Cannon Security.

Training guidance
We can advise on the responsibilities required by your own staff from their induction to your company and periodic fire drills that are required by law.
